She proposed the TES when she was a speaker at APEC 1998 in K.L., Malaysia , which led to the drafting of the " E-Commerce Constitution " and earned her the title of " Mother of E-commerce. " While serving as an APEC speaker (lecturer) in 2003, she proposed “ Global Channel- TES ,” which became a best-practice policy model.
